Our "FULL DAY" Guarantee
If we don’t catch fish (FULL DAY trip only), all you pay is a customary tip
of 10% of the trip cost each, to the captain and the mate.
This guarantee is intended to relax the anxious angler or
new customer on the MAIN ATTRACTION. It
also proves that we will produce fish for you. We don’t just
enjoy fishing or boat rides but catching on the MAIN
ATTRACTION.

We have confidence that our new customers will appreciate
the hard work and effort our fishing team does for them. Customers
and anglers should realize that each day of fishing is different.
Some days you catch lots of fish and other days the bite is
slower. But, if the MAIN ATTRACTION fishing
team is skunked, our "FULL DAY" fish guarantee goes into effect.
We not only guarantee fish, but excellent service, top of the
line equipment, and good weather. Each charter will be told
about rough seas before the trip begins. The customer has the
right to decide whether or not to proceed. In some cases, the
captain will call the charter off because of bad weather. In
either event, the customer will be refunded any deposits.
No fish - no pay exemptions:
The charter must be based upon a full day (7 hours). The
customer must let the captain select the species of fish
to fish for based on the conditions for that day; he is a
professional – he knows what’s best. Billfishing, tarpon,
tuna fishing, customer sea sickness, and angler error are
also exempt from the guarantee. Every angler knows that billfishing
requires special techniques. The MAIN ATTRACTION is
one of the best at it; our record catch is 19 sails in one
day, but it takes special anglers with lots of patience.
When you board the MAIN ATTRACTION, all
you need to do is relax. The pressure is in good hands with
your captain. He has confidence that the bite will be on
soon and he will have you in the right place at the right
time to catch your fish. On those slow days is when you really
appreciate that you have selected
the hard working fishing of the MAIN ATTRACTION!!

Seasickness:
We advise our customers who are unsure about Seasickness
to take a seasick pill the night before the charter and another
one hour before the charter. Be sure to read the labels. Certain
pills have warnings and not all people should take them. They
usually work. However, in case of seasickness, the customer
has the option to cancel the trip and pay a rate of $125.00
per hour from the time the boat leaves and gets back to the
dock.
