Florida Keys Sailfish – Fishing Report 4-17-2019

This past week has been very exciting if you’ve always wanted to catch a Sailfish. Starting last Friday, April 12th, the wind started blowing out of the East, anywhere from 10-20 mph. There has also been a light east current. With this condition change, our fleet immediately began to target Sailfish. Our Captains and Mates on all 4 boats have caught and released a total of 98 sailfish in the last 5 days! Christmas Week Fishing Report - December 29, 2018 The holiday season is one of the busiest times of the year for fishing in the Florida Keys. The Main Attraction Fleet fished 30+ charters in the past week, not including Christmas Day. The week started off with a slower bite but has been getting better and better. We had boats coming in yesterday with Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin, Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, and Mutton snapper. Main Attraction Catches a Record 61 Sailfish in one day!

Main Attraction Catches a Record 61 Sailfish in one day! Captain Marty Lewis and Mate Digger Rodamer had an epic Memorial Day last month catching a record-breaking 61 sailfish in one day! In a 5 day period they managed to catch and release 145 Sailfish.
